We're twins who turned our personal fitness journey into a mission to help women feel confident and strong.
How It All Started
Growing up as twins, we did everything together, including struggling with our body image. Like many young women, we tried every diet and exercise trend, often ending up frustrated and no closer to our goals.
Everything changed when we discovered strength training and learned the science behind sustainable fitness. We started helping friends and family transform their bodies the right way.
What started as helping a few friends quickly grew into a passionate community. We realized that our unique perspective as twins, always having a built-in workout partner and accountability buddy, could help others experience the same support system.
